Reporter Terms & Conditions

Digital Saboot News से जुड़ने वाला reporter, contributor या video reporter इन terms को accept करता है. यह page newsroom discipline, public trust और legal safety के लिए बनाया गया है.

Basic Agreement

  1. Reporter को Digital Saboot News की editorial policy, privacy policy और कानूनों का पालन करना होगा.
  2. Reporter कोई government authority, police officer या court representative बनकर व्यवहार नहीं करेगा.
  3. Reporter ID/card, logo या platform name का उपयोग केवल authorized newsroom work के लिए होगा.
  4. News submit करने से publish होने की guarantee नहीं मिलती. Final decision editor/admin desk का होगा.
  5. Terms violation पर account, byline, ID या access बिना prior notice suspend/remove हो सकता है.

Professional Terms

Reporter Compliance

1. सत्यता और प्रमाण

Reporter को submit की गई information के source, date, place और supporting evidence की जिम्मेदारी लेनी होगी. जानबूझकर गलत, manipulated या misleading material देना serious violation माना जाएगा.

2. Financial Integrity

खबर चलाने, रोकने, edit करने, department से दबाव बनाने या नाम हटाने के बदले किसी भी तरह का पैसा, gift, commission या personal benefit लेना प्रतिबंधित है.

3. Privacy & Sensitive Data

Minor, survivor, medical record, private address, bank detail, personal ID या sensitive document तभी share करें जब मजबूत public interest हो और newsroom review के लिए जरूरी हो.

4. Legal & Public Order

Reporter किसी investigation agency की तरह कार्रवाई नहीं करेगा. Threat, trespass, illegal recording, public disorder या किसी official process में बाधा platform policy के खिलाफ है.

5. Byline & Ownership

Submitted text, photos, video, documents और story input को Digital Saboot News editorial use, editing, archive और publication के लिए उपयोग कर सकता है. Byline editorial decision के अनुसार दी जाएगी.

6. Termination & Correction

Policy violation, fake reporting, misconduct, harassment, defamation risk या misuse of brand पर newsroom reporter access terminate कर सकता है और published content में correction/clarification add कर सकता है.

Strictly Prohibited

  • Extortion or paid pressure
  • Fake ID or logo misuse
  • Unverified defamatory claims
  • Harassment or intimidation

  • Edit, hold or reject story
  • Ask for extra proof
  • Remove access for violation
  • Publish correction if needed
